We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Orders within Dhaka typically arrive within 1–2 business days; other districts within 3–5 business days. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, and shown before you place your order.
Return & Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we'll arrange an exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and skincare cannot be returned unless faulty.
